Storefront

Come by our new location. In 2006 we've moved two blocks south on San Pablo.

Twisters 'sisters' Ann Fulayter and Heidi Spanier spent years working in the vintage clothing industry before putting their heads and hearts together to establish the East Bay's swingingest shopping experience. At Twisters it's pouring men and women's styles from the 30's to the 80's. Everything from dresses and formalwear to bell-bottoms and rocker T's, you can't help but get swept up.

But Twisters is more than a vintage store--the girls are also dedicated to supporting the arts. The Berkeley store often arranges to have a local artist create an installation in the display window, complete with an opening party that features music and refreshments. The Santa Fe store is also home to Second Street Contemporary Arts, a gallery that hosts bimonthly art shows. Check the 'events' page for upcoming art installations, fashion shows and various parties!

Ann and Heidi will be producing and selling their own original, re-tooled Twisters creations: clothing, jewelry and accessories--so come on by and check it out!!
