Nabolom bakery is a 30-year old worker-owned collective. We compost 90 percent of our solid waste, recycle most of the rest, and are continually seeking new ways to green our business. We offer a wide variety of baked goods including breads, danish (some say they're the best in California!), vegan desserts, sugar-free goodies and wheat-free treats. Thanks for all your feedback. Over 300 people voted in my "should I close" poll, and overwhelmingly people want me to stay in business. My "day job" is a high school science teacher, so it's time for another summer push of improvements to the site. Look for them in July and August! Thanks for your input,
