Traditional southern cooking featuring North Carolina pulled pork (vinegar based bar-b-que sauce). All meats smoked on premise and will include smoked beef and port ribs, brisket, pork and chicken. Traditional southern breakfasts will include ham, smoked bacon and home made sausage with authentic country cream gravy. Dessert will include delicious cobblers and bread pudding. Thanks for all your feedback. Over 300 people voted in my "should I close" poll, and overwhelmingly people want me to stay in business.
