BerkeleyHome Real Estate was founded by Berkeley native Tim Cannon in
November of 2000. Tim started his real estate career in 1978 after attending
Berkeley Public Schools, Merritt, then Cal, majoring in Sociology. Tim spent
19 of those years with Mason McDuffie, eventually managing their Shattuck
Avenue office for 8 years. Tim now owns and manages BerkeleyHome with his wife
Anne. Never living more than 3 miles from where he was born, Tim stays
connected to Berkeley and its neighborhoods in many ways. Active in many
local organizations and causes, Tim always is grateful to the Berkeley
community that we know and love. While always interested in being a resource
to his clients, Tim has specialized in residential and income property from
El Cerrito, Albany, Kensington and Berkeley, to many Oakland neighborhoods as
well.
