I am a psychotherapist in private practice, with offices in San Francisco and Berkeley. I provide a safe, supportive, therapeutic relationship to work through a variety of concerns, including: grief & loss, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, effects of childhood trauma, life transitions, bicultural issues. I specialize in psychotherapy with individuals who wish to create lasting, positive changes in their lives and relationships. My personal style is interactive, empathic, and respectful of individual values and choices. I am bicultural and enjoy working with first-generation clients from various cultures. I especially enjoy working with younger adults (20s/30s), people in midlife, and those who are new to therapy. Using a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy methods, I have helped individuals improve coping with immediate stressors and work toward deeper personal growth. I have specialized training and experience in grief counseling, including Certificate of Completion of the Professional Program in the Study of Loss & Grief, University of California, Berkeley. San Francisco Financial District office at 115 Sansome. For more information, visit our web site at www.triciaace.com
